Braun Access Vista Lift
The Braun Access Vista Lift series is a fully automatic, side or rear door, platform lift, operated by either the user or a care-giver.
Platform lifts like the Joey Lift and Braun Access Vista Lift provide a flat platform that lowers to ground level, allows you to roll a wheelchair or scooter onto it, then raises and folds the equipment into the vehicle. They suit heavier mobility equipment that's difficult to lift with traditional hoists.
Platform lifts typically fit larger vehicles with significant boot space or can be installed in adapted vans where boot floors have been modified. They're not usually suitable for standard hatchbacks or small cars.
Platform lifts for mobility equipment storage are designed to lift the wheelchair or scooter alone. If you want to remain in your wheelchair while entering the vehicle, you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) with a passenger lift or ramp.
