Designed for drivers who are unable to operate the foot pedals, this adaptation allows a driver to operate the brake and accelerator by hand using a single push/pull lever.
Using precision components and axial roller bearings, the Push/Pull Brake Accelerator offers the driver unrivalled smooth and responsive operation.
If you are new to driving with hand controls we recommend that you try some different options out. There are several available and you will be able to make an informed choice as to which would best suit your needs. This can be done via your local Driving Assesment Center
Integral Indicator Switch
Hand controls are available with an integral indicator switch in the handle. When driving with hand controls, your right hand will be operating the brake/accelerator lever and your left hand will be required for steering, therefore you may find it difficult to operate the indicators with the vehicle’s standard indicator stalk. This might be particularly problematic whilst driving around roundabouts or turning sharp corners. Other secondary controls are available. Dip / main beam or horn can also be incorporated.
Secondary Function Switch
Can be fitted to operate dip/main beam lights or horn.
