Front Trigger Throttle with Mechanical Brake

Front Trigger Throttle with Mechanical Brake

The Front Trigger Throttle allows users to control the throttle through a trigger positioned on the handle of the Mechanical Brake lever. To accelerate pull the trigger, and to brake simply push the whole lever towards the front of the vehicle/dashboard.

Close up of the front trigger throttle with push brake fitted on the right hand side of a steering wheel. There is a small trigger on the side nearest the dashboard, and a lever arm extending off the left behind the steering wheel.

This innovative electronic control unit ensures a perfect response in proportion to the force applied. When the trigger is at full throttle simply apply more pressure in order to activate the Kick down (in case of automatic gearbox). This solution gives an excellent degree of vehicle control with virtually no fatigue to the driver. It’s a great choice for those wishing to drive long distances or indeed those required to drive for a living.

Additional functions can be present on the lever by the use of two buttons set on its handle. One button can activate the horn and the other is linked to the electric locking system for the brake lever which can be used as a helpful hill start aid

Additional Features

Motor Reduction Button

Every installation comes complete with a Motor Reduction Button which reduces the accelerator power by 50%. This can reduce any stress in built up traffic, or when parking. It can also help whilst the user is first learning to use the adaptation by acting as a 'Limiter'.

Brake Safety Switch

A Brake Safety Switch is featured in the installation of the Brake Lever, or retro-fitted to the original pedal. Upon activation of this switch the accelerator is automatically deactivated allowing you to safely perform an emergency stop should the occasion arise. To regain acceleration simply release the accelerator and brake.
