Swivel Seats
Swivel seats from Des Gosling Mobilty are a very effective transfer aid, assisting the user to easily get in and out of their vehicle. As the name suggests, the seat is adapted in such a way that it can be swivelled by 90 degrees; so that it faces directly out of the door of the vehicle. This makes it very easy for someone to lower themselves into the seat, without having to bend and twist as they manoeuvre under the arch of the door. Some swivel seats also feature a powered up/down motion to make transferring even easier.
Swivel seats can be installed on either side of the vehicle and are all fully EMC and crash test approved. If a swivel seat isn't the right fit for your vehicle, our transfer plates and person lifts provide alternative ways to transfer safely.
