K4 Gas Ring
Accelerator under the steering wheel
With the K4 gas ring you can accelerate by pulling the ring toward the steering wheel. This feature makes the ring stroke longer than K5 and gives the acceleration a more gradual calibration.
This product requires very little strength in the hand or fingers to operate and so is well suited to people with reduced capabilities in these areas.
The break is applied using a downwards motion.
If you are new to driving with hand controls we recommend that you try some different options out. There are several available and you will be able to make an informed choice as to which would best suit your needs. This can be done via your local Driving Assesment Center.
